We have several ways of contact and we pride ourselves in the support we mainly provide on our web forums, however we also provide other ways of contact, just incase all hell breaks loose and everything goes down, which is highly unlikely; but we are not saying it can’t happen. 
I personally have a off network email address which is official and you will be able to email me here if all hell does break loose. Our services provide the means for the Internet user to create personal, professional or anything they imagine websites. We provide easy to use control panel with all features which you wouldn’t get with most hosts. Not only do we provide all of that, we provide support for that Internet user and if they want to learn, they can learn through us.

I myself started back in 2004, when I started a host with a partner however things didn’t get to well so we set apart in 2007, and in that year in February, I started Vlexo.com. We firstly started with both paid hosting and free hosting and it kicked off all to well, there were a few hiccups however they were resolved and I’m saying 2008 is the best year Vlexo has endured. I have invested a lot of money to keep Vlexo up running, and if I have ever thought of closing down I would tell users however we do not plan on closing shop anytime soon.
3.Advantages of your website..
Features, support and all of that song and dance comes with this service. We not only try to resolve any problem however we look into such problems and advance on them to solve future situations. We host 100’s of websites and we intend to keep them up, uptime is a huge factor for us.
